Kelly and Melissa Feldbush had been looking for an opportunity to transition back to their roots in Saratoga as well as start a new business.
In the fall of 2021, they purchased the Sage and Sand Motel in Saratoga, fulfilling both requirements. The motel is undergoing a complete renovation and will be completed in two phases. Phase 1 is scheduled to be completed in July 2022, and Phase 2 is slated to begin in the fall. This major renovation project started with environmental testing and will include replacing everything right down to all plumbing and electrical. Kelly and Melissa are excited to be making progress and are proud to be using local resources for the project. Stay tuned for more!
